XamDockManager - CAL - Floating Panes error Region not found

I am trying to use XamDockManager with CAL(PRISM) and whenever I float the tab I get Region not found error. I have gone through the solutions in various thread but it doesn`t seems to provide me the resolution. Can you please help me with this?
