For example, in the a dock manager, i have 2 content pane one by one as a horizondal alignment. When the top content pane is un-pinned then the respective content pane is un-pinned with the text size at the top/bottom. the remaining area is use less and the user may not visualize that the first content pane is un-pinned.
The expectation is when the content pane is un-pinned then it will look like an expander with collapsed state (ie, text content with the line at the end show the pin button. The style of pin button also need to be changed.
Please provide the possible approaches.

From your explanation it seems that you need to pin/un-pin panes that are in one and the same TabGroupPane. In this case if one of panes is pinned the other ones are pinned too as they are in the same group (see attached screenshots) and they could not be separately pinned when they are in the same group pane. This behavior is similar to the TabGroupPane’s behavior in Visual Studio. The XamDockManager recreates this functionality.
