I need help getting a XamRibbon tab to switch when I click on a XamOutlookBarGroup. So if I click on the "Reports" group in the XamOutlookBar the XamRibbon switches to the "Reports" tab. I appreciate any help you can provide.

You can hook up for XamOutlookBar's SelectedGroupChanged event, and there switch the ribbon's selected tab. The opposite is also possible, ribbon's selection changes the outlookBar's selected group - hook up for Ribbon's RibbonTabItemSelected event and there switch the outloookBar's selected group
