I have been investigating into this, and at the moment, our Infragistics for Xamarin.Forms control toolset is only supported for Android and iOS – it is not currently supported on the UWP platform.

If you would like to see support for UWP within the Infragistics for Xamarin.Forms toolset, I would recommend suggesting a new product idea for this at our Xamarin Ideas Site, here. This will place you in direct communication with our product management teams who plan and prioritize upcoming features and development based on community and user feedback.
