Dear Infragistics support,

Please support RightToLeft for DockManager.

When the form layout defined as right to left, the dock manager still remains left to right.

As a result, When our control pane to the right side of the screen - the splitter of the Dock Manger is in the right side instead of the left side.

Furthermore, there are location issues that are not working as expected.

This is very problematic issue for our costumers who are using RightToLeft system.
