The first attachment shows an unreadable black on dark blue screen displayed on the new support tracking page.
The second attachment shows the Home page (garbled) on Firefox with Windows XP set for Large Fonts (120 DPI).
I already have a T-shirt.
Thank you for your post. While we're aware of the large font issue the other image is new news. I'll have it looked into, thank you.
Update:
The large font issue was fixed today, the updated version will be published over the coming weekend. This was on our short list for fixing, thanks for the heads up all the same.
Regarding the coloring of your case window, we checked your other cases and it seems like that particular one is the only one exhibiting the issue. A further look shows that some invalid CSS made it's way into the message and is causing the problem. Format scrubbing should have been in place to prevent this so we're looking into how that got by. We'll have it resolved for you shortly, thank you for you patience.
