"There is a problem with this page. Please let us know if it continues."
I'm very sorry for the difficulty you're experiencing and I would like to thank you for your interest in our products. To better help me assist you could you please tell me what browser you're using and what operating system you're running on? I'm currently unable to reproduce this issue on any of the systems I have access to but I am certainly happy to try and duplicate it once I know what your environment is.
It's IE version 6.0 and XP Professional Service pack 2.
Interesting. I know we've tested this environment before but I'll do so again from a clean VM. In the meantime, please try connecting directly to our downloads page (if you haven't already) for the purpose of accessing the software you're looking for. If this page doesn't work for you then please let me know what you're trying to access and I will get it to you directly.
I'm very sorry for this inconveience but will assist you in any way that I can while we look into the root cause.
Thank you for your time and assistance with this issue.
Well, I've tried several different things in an attempt to reproduce the message you're seeing and I've been unable to do so. Running a fresh XP Pro install using IE6 and then setting browser security settings to a variety of different combinations and none of them yielded errors of any kind. Sure, with browser security limiting Javascript there were some anomolies but not anything like what you're describing.
First and foremost, let's get you access to the download(s) you're looking for. If you would like to PM me the specific item or items I'll send you direct download links. Then, if you have time and are willing to do so, perhaps sending me a screenshot of what you see when this issue occurs can help me determine the cause. Thanks in advance,
Kevin
I already have the software that I need but I have attached a screenshot of the error.
The most recent issues seen this week are not related to the OP's initial post. However, I will take this opportunity to say that yes we're aware of some issues that have surfaced since our announcement Monday and we're working to get them resolved ASAP.
We're very sorry for any inconvenience this is causing but we're working hard to identify and correct the source issue(s).
I am having the same problem
My PC : Windows Vista SP1
Browser : Firefox 3.0
Its happening since yesterday. I couldn't download 2008 Vol 3.
It even happened on Windows Server 2003 Std Edt
I tried from the outside the company network and same error.
If anyone is still having problems with this, check with your company's internet administrator. WebWasher was causing the problem for me.
