I'm very sorry for the difficulty you're experiencing and I would like to thank you for your interest in our products. To better help me assist you could you please tell me what browser you're using and what operating system you're running on? I'm currently unable to reproduce this issue on any of the systems I have access to but I am certainly happy to try and duplicate it once I know what your environment is.
It's IE version 6.0 and XP Professional Service pack 2.
I already have the software that I need but I have attached a screenshot of the error.
If anyone is still having problems with this, check with your company's internet administrator. WebWasher was causing the problem for me.
I am having the same problem
My PC : Windows Vista SP1
Browser : Firefox 3.0
Its happening since yesterday. I couldn't download 2008 Vol 3.
It even happened on Windows Server 2003 Std Edt
I tried from the outside the company network and same error.
The most recent issues seen this week are not related to the OP's initial post. However, I will take this opportunity to say that yes we're aware of some issues that have surfaced since our announcement Monday and we're working to get them resolved ASAP.
