My NetAdvantage_20122_Platform downloader says that there are updates.
When trying to update the following error has been popping up for the last couple of days
Ignite UI Update: An error occured during download, please check internet connection and retry again.

This is to let you know that I am looking into this issue for you. So that I can proceed with my research, can you send me your error log file that was produced when the install failed. The log file would have been created in the directory where you ran the installation from.
