I had to implement custom delete using Delete button. But I am getting an error, can anyone help me on this. Here is the code.

I have been looking into your question and since the described scenario refers to the delete button that you implement and the function to delete rows, my focus was on the grid, the implementation of the delete button and the function that is executed on click event.
With the igGrid everything seems to be as expected and as it should be implemented, the same applies to the creation of the delete button. On the other hand, after trying your code I was also able to reproduce the described behavior and not being able to delete a row from the grid. What I assumed and changed in the code is the taking of the id of the row (primary key) and instead of the attribute of the element for each iterated row I took its id directly with the el.id property.
rowId = el.element.attr("data-id");
rowId = el.id;
What I suggest is to change this logic of taking the row id. After that everything worked as expected and now I am able to delete rows form the igGrid.

Yes after changing to id it worked. Will do further and get back to you if any issue.
This rowId = el.id did not get any error, but could not delete the row in the backend. Because I am generating the Primary key on the fly and not retrieving from the db table. I need RateIdetification1 key to delete the row from the table.
I used something like this

Solved my problem
What I wanted to point out and clarify is that it is recommended that the primary key that is set to the PrimaryKey property of the grid is the same primary key with which you identify the records in your database. Thus, when you delete a row in the grid, you will delete it with the deleteRow method to which you pass the rowId, which is actually the primary key of the grid, thus you will delete a row from the grid and you will be able to delete it using the same primary key from the database too.
Maybe that's why you experienced this described behavior of the grid because your primary key was set on another property from your model and not the essential one that corresponds to the primary key from the database.

Hope you are doing fine. I having some issue i.e. I added row and then deleted the row immediately. I have primary key which is generating dynamically. So while adding I had no issue. But while deleting, the row key is the primary key and not actual cell value. I need the cell value to delete the row. Please suggest me how to resolve this. Here is the code snippet.

As a first approach, what I could give you as a guideline for now is after you add the rows in the grid and you have success from the api and you have also added the rows in the database, it is good to rebind the grid so that the new rows are bound in the igGrid and are visualized in it with the correct values from the database. Then you could try your previous approach to deleting a row.
The second approach that I could give you as a guideline is, as you said yourself, the row key (rowID) by which the given row is deleted was the primary key when adding, and not the value of the cell itself, which is always the row key (rowID).
