I have checked thsi link http://ko.infragistics.com/community/forums/t/82620.aspx. Two years later, can we have fixed column and row now?
And I do see this option here, http://help.infragistics.com/jQuery/2015.2/ui.igPivotGrid#options:gridOptions.fixedHeaders but it never works. Can you give me an example about how to make it work? thanks in advance.

In order to look further into your issue I’ll need some additional information.
Could you describe in more details the behavior you’re observing on Chrome? What happens when you scroll down?
Also could you let me know the exact version of Chrome you’re testing it on?
I’m looking forward to your reply.
not work in chrome...
That option is set to “true” by default so you can see it on any sample with a vertical scrollbar in our samples browser.
For instance you can refer to this sample:
http://www.igniteui.com/pivot-grid/expand-members
Expand a few of the rows so that a vertical scrollbar will be displayed and scroll down. The headers will remain fixed at the top of the grid as you scroll. I’ve attached a screenshot of the result for your reference.
Let me know if you have any questions.
