I just download a custom build of Ignite UI in order to use the Pivot widget and I have only selected the Grid and Pivot* files. However, the arrows circled in the image below don't show up?
What file am I missing?

I downloaded a custom build from https://igniteui.com/download with the following components: Grid*, Framework* and Olap Pivot* and the sample (I used: the code from http://www.igniteui.com/pivot-grid/binding-to-xmla-data-source) renders with the arrows.
The arrows show up only when there is not enough room for the Measures to show. Is that your case?
Can you check your developer tools to see whether the file with the icons cannot be found?

Indeed, there is not enough space but the arrows don't show up:
About the custom builds, I don't have checked all the Grid but only the Grid components (not HierarchicalGrid and TreeGrid), is that OK?
Also I have errors firing in the console about images:
While my css files are served from http://127.0.0.1:8081/lib/ignituui/css/.....
