I require a igDialog when i try to delete a row from my iggrid which is binded to my web API.The igDialog should work as confirmation window which asks for whether you want t delete a record or not with yes or no options

It sounds like you'd be interested in the igGridModalDialog feature added in 16.2 to the igGrid. You can check out the documentation for it as well as our running sample, which should walk you through its use. Please let me know if you have any further questions on this inquiry.
I require a functionality like alert box ,prompt box and pop ups

Go ahead and check out that sample. It should show similar functionality in that it pops out of one of the sides of the grid.
