IgGrid Vertical Scroll Bar is Slow response in InternetExplorer

Hi Team,

Created  IgGrid with 255 Rows and 15 Columns. I have fixed the GridHeader.

But when i move Vertical scroll bar Very slow response from the grid. Grid rows are moving very slowly.

Issue was persists in Internet Explorer.

Kindly advice any solution for this.

    Hello prabaharan,

     

    Thank you for posting in our forum.

     

    In order to be sure I understand your scenario, some additional information would be much appreciated:

     

    • Which version of Ignite UI do you use?
    • Which version of MS Internet Explorer do you use?
    • What is your grid configuration? Also -  have you enabled the grid “virtualization” option and do you use a formatter function or the Templating engine?

    Please note that the grid headers are fixed by default - the “fixedHeaders” default value is true and there is no need to enable it.
