Hi,
when i share a proto on your servers, who has access to this data and what kind of
policy do you have on this? I don't want some Infragistic employee to see our work or prototype app ideas
and maybe steal them for there own development?
It makes me uncomfortable to only share my interactive design at your servers..
An export to HTML to host it on our own servers would be a very pleasant feature that i really mis in the product!
For the rest, great and very promising product!
Best regards, Halil.
Hi Halil,
Thanks a lot four your feedback.
Your question about prototypes is addressed in the software license http://ko.infragistics.com/legal/Indigo-studio/license/, Section III C.
Letting you host in your servers it's in our list, but still not in http://indigostudio.uservoice.com. Feel free to add it, and to vote HTML5 support up!
Regards,
Andres
Hi Andres,
thank you for your quick reply. It's a lot of lawyer mambo jumbo in this section, but i'm guessing
It is secure, unless the pass or your servers are hacked? :-)
Any roadmap available for request like more export functionality or global product development?
Regards, Halil.

Yes ;), and given that Indigo is free, you could actually send the whole project to someone else and have the other person run it, share it through Dropbox, etc. I know is not as nice as a link, but if it's sensitive information you could prefer do it that way until we let you share in an internal server. What would you prefer for that? Having to install an 'Indigo Server'? Share it in Sharepoint? Something different?
We don't have a public Roadmap yet. Of course, we have our ideas, but we want to have more validation before publicly committing to them. The first set of ideas in UserVoice were created by ourselves, so those are the things we are thinking about in the near term.
Hi!
A lot has been going on since you wrote. I'm glad to tell you that in our new license model, we have a free version which is entitled to latest updates and fixes. Here you can find more information about it.
Please let us know if you need further information.
Best regards,ClaudiaIndigo Studio Team
Hi Ambrose,
I really appreciate your news about pricing plans. It is great to hear that the first version will be free forever and there will be subscriptions too. Me as an individual if I have enough money I will pay for subscirption to create my own business with your software. I think it is the best tool to do it. But it is too off now. Let's gp back to the topic :)
Thanks, again!
Zsolt, I'll join Andrés in saying thanks for your kind words. We really did want to do something different with Indigo, something people could actually like using to do their work.
Just so you know, I outlined our high-level plans in regards to pricing yesterday. I can't provide specifics on pricing plans as of now, but know that you can always keep Version 1 and its updates for free if you so choose.
Will keep your feedback in mind. Thanks, again.
Hi Zsolt,
Thanks a lot for your kind words. We really appreciate it.
It took us as a long time to build Indigo Studio and we are very proud of the results. We are very happy to finally see it in the market.
About the price, we'll keep that in mind! Keep the feedback coming!
Andres.
I can't tell exactly how this kind of software with its spirit is currently missing from the IT world. It is the most greatest software that I've ever tried for prototype! For me it is great to hear that it is currently free, but I know there is a big business opportunity in this software and because of this it has a huge chance you will change this business model from free to purchased one.
If I can say something - as an IT dev - this is my favourite software since I've downloaded it yesterday. I could not sleep to much last night because it has taken me from my legs! I've cretaed a storyboard, used it as much as I could. If I have any chance to work with you on this project I reaaly would like to do it because it has opened my eyes.
If you will do that, please keep in mind that I would purchase it but here in my country we don't earn to much from a project so it could be good if you keep it near to free somehow. :)
