ultrawebgrid - Horizontal & vertical scrolls are NOT working in MS EDGE & Chrome browsers

I have ultrawebgrid in my we application , the Horizontal & vertical scroll bars are not appearing in MS EDGE & Chrome browsers

we have Infragistics4.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.v10.3, Version=10.3.20103.1013 version being used 

Pls suggest what would be the way forward to make them work on latest browsers.

For info: We will NOT going to purchase or use latest version of Infragistics
