Currently, I am not able to display the page footer on the first page of my report if I have a report header section defined. I understand that page header shouldn't be displayed on the first page if there is a report header, and a page footer shouldn't be displayed on the last page if there is a report footer, but to me this doesn't seem correct.
Is there any plan on at least providing an option to do this?
Just to clarify: I am not able to see a page footer on the first page whenever I have an active report header. Will there be an option to enable this behavior in future builds?

Never mind, somehow defining a page header make the page footer visible on the first page.
