After Upgrade to latest version of 11.1 2064, UltraWebMenu loses styling (background color, font size, etc) after post back. I encountered similar problem when I upgraded from ASP .NET 1.1 to 2.0 and also upgrade to FW 2.0 version of Infragistics controls. That time I had to manually copy ig_xxx.js files into 20053 folder under Inetpub directory, overwriting existing files as the Service Release executable didn't copy these files to the target directory.
This time as I plan to overcome this issue again by copying the files over, I don't see Infragistics\20111 folder as I expected. I think installation went wrong somewhere. Pls advise. Thanks.
Hello HSNetDev,
Thank you for posting this in our community. For more details around deploying common assets I can recommend you to follow this link:

Also you can check if this folder I located in :
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics\NetAdvantage 2011.1\ASP.NET\StyleLibraries
I hope this helps.

Since I didn't get a reply in forum I opened a ticket regarding this issue but I'm not getting anywhere with that either. So I'll respond here. The ticket is CAS-74224-L9J8KZ.
I don't have that directory as you described so it may be possible that installation went wrong. I have...
c:\documents and settings\myname\My Documents\Infragistics\NetAdvantage for .NET 2007 Vol.3 CLR 1.0.
I do have 2007 installed along with 2005 and 2011 versions. I don't hav 2011 folder but 2011 is installed because I'm using it in VS 2010. And my question is that all other controls looks fine and function ok. I don't know why I don't have the directory you described but yet it functions ok on most part? My guess is that it should either fully work or not work at all without the folder you described. What's so special about postback that causes to lose the styling?
I've been looking at this issue since last Monday and I'm getting frustrated with slow response even with a ticket. Let me know what else I can do to expedite this issue.
