Our product is an intranet based web application. Is it possible to not have to run the installer on the client server? Can we simply include the necessary DLLs in our Silverlight App and Bin directories?

Yes, the DLLs would be fine. You don't need to run the installer.

Thank you, now we can move forward with testing. I'm hoping that we can use this as a replacement for the ever aging Crystal Reports.
