WbeNavBar doesn't work in Mozilla 10.0

I am using  Infragistics.WebUI.UltraWebToolbar.v4.3 in asp .net 4. this web nav bar  works in IE9 but doen't work with the mozilla.

Here is the exception i get when i load the webNavbar

 

Can anyone help me on this issue

    We are experiencing the same issue with Firefox 10.0, but no other browser.
