I have upgraded from Select to Ultimate and installed the 2012.1 Reporting.
When I go into Visual Studio I do not see any Infragistics Reporting template files and there is no reference to Infragistsics Reporting in the Tools/Extensions Manager.
There were no reported errors in the installation (run as Administrator)
How do I add the Reporting Templates to VS2010?
Hi,
The plugin should be installed along with Reporting, no special step is needed.
Did you restart VS after installing?
Do you see Reporting listed under “Programs and Features”?
What version of VS are you using?
Best,
Leo
Trying to test Reporting with Visual Studio 2012. Just updated online. Cannot see the templates in VS.
Reporting is installed under "Programs and Features". VS has beeen restarted and the PC rebooted.
Any additional steps required?
Thanks
12.2 adds full support for VS12, so it should work.
Did you restart VS12 after installing? Is Reporting listed under the VS Tools > Extension and Update? What windows version are you using?
What do you mean exactly by it is not working? Did you opened a IGR and the report designer does not show up? When you add a new item to your project can you add a new Report (I mean, are they in the available options)?
I have just downloaded Reporting 12.2 and still does not work in VS2012, what is happening?

Hi John,
You can refer to this post for using Reporting 12.1 with Visual Studio 2012.
Long story short:
Regards,Héctor
VS2012 is not supported by Reporting 12.1 since it was released quite before VS RTM. The team aims to have 12.2 fully integrated with VS2012, 12.2 is planned to be released around mid-November.

Miguel
