Urgent: XamGrid problem

I get the latest service tag for SL 2012 and updated all assemblies for bugs. then I put the app to live production. then I got lots of error report when users try to sort data in xamgrid: drag and drop a column header for sorting. the error is:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I try to debug it, but I can't get in. So how to resolve this issue? It's urgent. Quick solution please.

    HI,

     I installed the latest service release for 12.1.2102. I was able to groupby , sort, move columns by dragging thier headers.

     No exceptions where thrown.

     Do you have any logic in your ColumnSorting or GroupByCollectionChanging Events?
     Can  you provide the stact trace?
