Hi,
I'm working with a WebDataMenu, Version 11.1 framework 3.5. The WebDataMenu is bound to a WebHierarchicalDataSource. And my default browser is IE 9 64-bit.
Now, most of time the WebDataMenu works, doing what it's supposed to do and to show. However, without changing anything to the Webpage, the database or the CSS files, top menu itemsare reduced to one item or the last is not displayed and so on.My customer, working with the published version experienced the same thing, using IE8.When I told him to switch to Firefox it worked okay again.Clearing temporary internet files doesn't help.Does anyone have an idea?
Jürgen
Hello Jürgen,
This sounds very strange, could you specify the exact NetAdvantage version you are using and if possible attach a small isolated sample, demonstrating the issue. Thank you.
Hi, When I tried to alter a Style, using AppStylist, all the Style libraries I tried, loaded with script errors. So I started with a completely new instalation. Now, the styles load error free and I reloaded the styles in my projects. And up till now the problem is gone. Maybe it had something to do with the java runtime I tried to update? (version 7, 64-bit in stead of 32-bit) But I got rid of that to. Anyway, I hope the problem is gone now, up till now I didn't encounter it again. Thank you for efforts,Jürgen
