I didnt understand why we bought this product spending huge amount. This is really slow compared to GridView.
We tested this with 500 records which is not even large data and it took 2 mins to load the page on local server.
The Grid doesnt work with firefox.
Menu is showing the dropdown childs some where on the screen randomly on scrolling(very funny)......
And their technical support is very bad. They dont even respond for weeks and weeks.( Probably busy in making money...).
Please make u have tested thoroughly before buying this.

I've similar problems with infragistics support.....
The ideas that infragistics grid proposes are beautiful,
but once I use it, I've find minimal bugs that makes everyone of those goes wrong
and the things that I had to do I could just have done it with gridView....
For example, I tested the grid for 30 days.......around the 35º day I've started to use the virtual load on demand Xml.....because of the poor performance with large amount of data (like more than 300 row) for edition.
Several bugs that I've to contorn....I've reported a bug to infragistics support and they responded something like -> your trial period is over...you can't report a bug.
Than I try to use Xml paging and again....several bugs
I've to use the normal paging to show a grid with more than 300 rows....normal paging I can do in gridView, and it's faster than with infragistics....
It looks like the grid is very good to visualize data, but when you want to modifie it.....it's really poor...
How they expect me to buy a product like that?
