I was in QTP11 / TA 2007,
My application nead to upgrade the addin, so i install the appropriate one (TA addin for QTP 2011 Vol2.
on windows 7 : QTP record nothing when i click on Menu
my xml configuration file is ok. I can see references for dll ToolBars and my Infragistics4.QTPServer.WinToolbarsManager.v11.2.dll and Infragistics4.QTPServer.WinToolbarsManager.v11.2.xml are placed where the configurtaion file path indicate.
Any one had this problem before ?

Thanks for provided information, but could you please answer to the questions below:
1. You are using OS Win7, but could you please specify is it a x32bits or x64bits machine
2. Do you have installed Service Pack 1 ?
3. What is your version of .NetFramework ?
4. Looking at the mentioned assemblies, I suppose that you are using CLR 4.0. Please confirm
5. Could you please tell us, do you have any installed QTP patches and which exaclty
6. Are you able to record and replay correct QTP scripts when you are using our default sample. (you could find it at: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Infragistics\TestAdvantage for Windows Forms (HP) 2011.2\Samples\CLR4.0\Bin)

1.Win7 Enterprise edition SP1, 64bits machine
2. Yes SP1 for windows 7 EE
3. I have on my machine the followings .NET
.NET FrameWork 1.1
.NET Framework 4 CLient Profile
.NET Framework 4 Extended
4. Yes , I used TA Version Utility and I configute TA Version "11.2CR4.0 "
5.QTP_00699, + PATCHs QTP_00709 + QTP_00925(+ One RRV_xx for result viewer addins)
6.I don't have samples folder any where under C:\Program Files (x86)\Infragistics\TestAdvantage for Windows Forms (HP) 2011.2

I can register and replay objects on samples , but not for Menu.
I'll create a Case on HP site to download the QTPNET_00116.EXE HOTFIXE.
I'l give you my feed back in case the problem persist.

Thanks for provied information. Could you please try to install also:
QTPNET_00116.EXE - Patch required for Windows 7 SP1. It also fixes a bug caused by QTP_00699, which breaks CLR4 testing for WinForms
About the sample : For Win 7 you could find it at: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics\TestAdvantage for Windows Forms (HP) 2011.2\Samples\CLR4.0\Bin
Please let me know what is the result after installation of patch QTP_00699.
