Hi guys, I'm currently using Infragistics ASP.NET 2014.2 WebSchedule control and I have some issues with recurrence.I wondering if version 2017.2 have the same issues, so I installed it and test it. It seems the I have pratically the same issues.I also compared the same sample on the infragistics web site with a local version of infragistic samples 2017.2.
Here are what happen when I click on a recurrence appointment.
Infragistics Web Site sample ( www.infragistics.com/.../full-page-sample )------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Google Chrome (version 64.0.3282): All seems OK
Internet Explorer 11:-Modify Recurrence Dialog (occurrence or series) show up normally-If I click the OK button or Cancel button, another Modify Recurrence Dialog show up. (The height and width of the form are more larger then usual)-Except of this weird behavior, Appointement dialog show up and I'm able to show the Recurrence pattern dialog
Microsoft Edge:Modify Recurrence Dialog (occurrence or series) don't show upNothing happend when I click on Recurrence button in a new appointment(Block popup is disabled)
Infragistics.Web.AspNET 2017.2 samples running with Visual Studio 2015 on my Windows 10 Computer( localhost:20200/.../Default.aspx )-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Google Chrome (version 64.0.3282): Modify Recurrence Dialog (occurrence or series) show up but not the apointment dialog form after clicking the OK button.
Internet Explorer 11: same behavior as Infragistics Web site but the Recurrence pattern dialog is not well formatted. The height of each section is to high and there is no scroll bar to see the OK, Cancel and Remove Recurrence buttons.
Microsoft Edge: Same behavior as the Infragistics Web Site sample
I there a way to fix all this issues. WebSchedule is a very great control but it become unusable for us without fixing them.I also read that the control should support several different browsers.
Thanks you for your help.

Hi, Marc.
Thank you for using our product!
I want to inform you, that recently I worked on fixing those problems for IE 11, IE Edge and Chrome. They will be part of our next service release for 17.2, which will be in the beginning of next month. If you need them earlier than that time, we can provide you with Bi-weekly build. This is not recommended, because it is not fully tested and I will recommend, if it is possible for you, to wait for the Service Release. If in the future, if you find such problems, we will work on fixing them. Thank you for the patience!
Best regards,

Hi Nikolay,
Thank you for your quick respond. I will wait for the next release at the beginning of the next month. Just let me know when you will release it.
Have a good day.
We implement the bug fixes in 3 versions, prior to the current one (now it is 18.1). So version 17.1 is the earlier one, that will receive updates. Here it is explained in details. In order to receive fixes, you will need to updated to at least 17.1 version of our product.
Regards,
Great!
Here are the two internal issues, related to the problems: 222296, 247097. You will not be able to see them, but once the Service Release, and its notes are published, they should be part of it.
Nikolay
I installed version 18.1 and I noticed that there are still some bugs about the WebSchedule in ASP.NET.
Microsoft Edge on Windows 10:Recurrence button of the AppointmentAdd.aspx is not working. The dialog don't show up (blocked pop up is disabled).
Internet Explorer 11:
-Nothing work well when i try to create or delete recurrence pattern. Also, the first time the dialog appear, Monthly radio button is checked but the panel on right side show me the fields for Weekly selection. It is like the dialog don't get the right values when I creating a new pattern.
- The monthly view calendar show me an error message when I navigate to next month. It says:
Line 1082: Error: Unable to get property 'removeChild' of undefined or null reference.
Marc.
I have logged case in our internal system and will investigate the problems in details, so we can use it for communication. Later I will update this post so that other forum users are aware of the solution.
Perfect!
