Object reference error with Infragistics .NET Project Upgrade Add-In

Everytime I install a new version of Infragistics, this time 7.3, I try to use the included Visual Studio Project Upgrade Add-In on an ASP.NET Website to upgrade the website from the old version (this time 7.2) to the new.  I always receive the following error:


Error Upgrading Project(s):
The upgrading process failed with the following error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 Does anyone know how to fix this?
