I have posted a lot of issues in support section and forums...but so far no reply for the support queries...
I will list all of them.. mainly am using Infragistics websplitter...
[1] Am using the websplitter control and its working fine in Internet explore 6.0 and not in IE 7.0. Its urgent and i like to know whether your controls have issues with the different browser versions
[2] I like to get support of stretching/shrinking the pane contents while resizing the pane using the splitter
[3] I am showing the scrollbars inside the panes - is there any way of enabling and disabling the scrollbar at runtime
[4] i was using the trial version and now got the license key...how to download the original full version ...send me the link please,..
You might do better if you posted your issues in the appropriate forum. The Web Sites forum is not for technical issues about a particular control. Go to https://ko.infragistics.com/community/forums/ and find the forum that deals with the control you are asking about.
I agree with Ed's suggestion. I believe that you already have threads for most of these issues. It may take us time to look in to what you've posted, which may account for some of the perceived delay.
I also recommend that you submit support requests for issues where you need a guaranteed response from Infragistics. (This is even more important if you have Priority support, since we guarantee a response time for Priority support requests.)
Posts to the forums may be answered by either Infragistics or some other member of the community. This is often enough to get the answer you're after, particularly with the presence of the bright minds that help contribute to these threads. The flip-side is that we can't guarantee a rate in which we (or someone else) will be able to post a response.
By the way, if you do decide to both post to the forums and submit a support request, it helps us to avoid duplicating effort if you include the link to your forum thread somewhere in the support request. This helps to free up Developer Supprot to help with other questions, while getting you the answers you're after with similar promptness.
