The WebDataMenu doesn't hide when you leave the item from top
posted

The WebDataMenu doesn't hide in all cases, sometimes it just stays displayed. It just depends how you leave the item with your mouse.

By example, just come over the root item without going on the child items, the menu may stay displaied.

I tried to find tricks with css or javaScript but i couldn't find the correct "Infragistics method".

Is it a known bug?

Is there a programmatical way to hide the menu?

In advance, thanks for your help.

    Hello,

We have faced several situations like the you are describing, mainly with Internet Explorer prior 8 versions. Are you using the latest SErvice release, or the Release build? A new service release will be available soon, so you can check out if you still have the same issue with it and report back to us.
