Thanks for your prompt response. But I didnt get how to bind the WebScheduleInfo to the windows service. Like for E.g If an appointement is scheduled on 25/8/2009 on my WebScheduleInfo then how do i send a mail to the desired person with details of that appointment ?

I believe that this information is covered at the end of the article from my previous link.  Quoting from that file:

Before starting the Reminder E-Mail Windows service you can customize it's configuration by entering one or more command-line arguments into the "Start Parameters" field. Frequently, you will want to specify:

• How frequently the Windows service should poll the Reminder Web service?
• At what URL the production Reminder Web service is available?
• Who should receive E-Mail reminders?
• What boilerplate text should the reminder messages contain?

synching can be dangerous when you maintain multiple calendars.

I synched my BlackBerry to my Gcalendar, but I share Gcalendars with friends so now my phone is displaying every calendar.  Beware of synchronizing!
