PDF Display Header and Footer on all pages

I am using the WebDocumentExporter and WebDataGrid to export to a PDF. How can I get the Header and Footer to show up on all the pages like it does on page 1?

    Hello ClintMcCarty,

    This is just a follow up on the thread if you have any questions in regards to the features provided in the WebDocumentExporter control. For exporting column headers and footers to all pages is a feature request.
