In my UltraWebGrid i am showing path value.In en-US locale the path separator is back slash"\" but in japanese locale it should show me Yen which it is not showing.I have attached a screenshot, please help me.

I have a few questions to help clarify this issue. How are you populating the data that is being used for the grid?
What is the encoding for the code behind file? You can check this by going to the code behind file then clicking the File menu option and selecting Advanced Save Options. Please verify that encoding is Unicode.

Thanks for your reply, yes the code behind file is unicode and we are fetching the data from database.
