We have performed an updates to Version 12.1.20121.2072 and found that all the WebTextEdit control were totally disappear from the design mode (on visual), basically these control are still exist in the source code view and everything still performing normally; it just that so inconvenience for us to continue in design mode. Eventually, we have to overcome the situation by turning on the CustomButtonDisplay properties to makes these control re-appear visually again.

Hi Vivian,
Thanks for the prompt replies. We hereby attached a sample asp app for your kind attention. Regardless on a flat layout or in the WebDataGrid, as long as we put in the WebTextEditor control the above mentioned situation will appear.
Thank you.
Thank you for the clarification.
Although the details you have provided are helpful, I may need more information. Please let me know how the WebTextEditor controls are used. Are they within another control like the WebDataGrid?
If possible, please attach a copy of the aspx page with your response.
Lookiing forward to your reply.

WebTextEdit??? My apology, it was my typo error! We did counter check again and we are confirmed that we are using WebTextEditor as recommended. We also performed a Service Pack update for the third time and the situation remain unsolved.
Please advice.
