We have performed an updates to Version 12.1.20121.2072 and found that all the WebTextEdit control were totally disappear from the design mode (on visual), basically these control are still exist in the source code view and everything still performing normally; it just that so inconvenience for us to continue in design mode. Eventually, we have to overcome the situation by turning on the CustomButtonDisplay properties to makes these control re-appear visually again.

WebTextEdit control is one of our classic controls of which is supported at the latest in 11.1. It is recommended to use WebTextEditor as an alternative.

WebTextEdit??? My apology, it was my typo error! We did counter check again and we are confirmed that we are using WebTextEditor as recommended. We also performed a Service Pack update for the third time and the situation remain unsolved.

Thanks for the prompt replies. We hereby attached a sample asp app for your kind attention. Regardless on a flat layout or in the WebDataGrid, as long as we put in the WebTextEditor control the above mentioned situation will appear.
