In IE10, WebDataMenu control doesn't work :/
I tried to upgrade my version but how to do this ? I used Version Utiliy, but it's cleary awful.
I'm using Infragistics2 10.2.20102.2129.
And if I put WebDataMenu in a page containing others controls like WebDatePicker, all controls are "locked"

The version you are using is outdated and does not support IE10, as you can see in the Supported Environments page: http://ko.infragistics.com/help/supported-environments/.
I would suggest you to upgrade to a newer version. In case the Version Utility does not work for you, I would suggest you to try manually upgrading your project - you will have to replace all references to the v10.2 assemblies in your project with the version numbers you are upgrading to.

I've update ma project to put it on VS2010 with framework 3.5.
System.Web.extension : 3.5.0.0Infragistics35.Web.v12.2, Version=12.2.20122.2235
The same ! But now Theme is awful.

I'm just checking if you need any further assistance with this case.
This may be caused by some custom CSS styles in your project, affecting the menu. I would suggest you to use your browser's developer tools to check what styles are applied to the menu and where are they defined, and see if you can find what is breaking the styling.

I ve copied the theme from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics\NetAdvantage 2012.2\ASP.NET\StyleLibraries\CaribbeanBut the blue is dark, the font color is black, and the background of childs is transparent.
In IE10 we have to put WHITE if we want a white background, by default the color is transparent.
And text are cut in child item.
