Hello Kushagra Shah,
Thank you for posting in the community.
It seems that our system have rejected your attachment. Please keep in mind that our system accepts only zipped filed. could you please try attaching it again.
Additionally, some more information regarding your issue is going to be highly appreciated and would help me to investigate this matter further. For example which controls are you using in your application. which build of version 13.1, your CLR version etc. Providing me with a small sample project where this issue is reproducible is going to help me find the root cause of this issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply!!
We are using infragistic webdatagrid, webdropdown,CLR 4.0,build is Infragistics4.Web.v13.1, Version=13.1.20131.2157,And we are facing problem in ie8 and ie 10. IE9 everything works fine.I will attach our project as it is too big you may refer the aspx and cs part from the zipped file.please check the screenshot also.
Thank you.Hope you reply for this.
Hello Kushagra,
Thank you for your sample.
In order to run the sample and reproduce the issue on my side I will need all the dll files used in the application. Could you please provide with all the necessary dll files, as well as your web.config file and any custom classes if you have any.
Additionally, some steps to reproduce will ensure that I will follow the same scenario as yours in order to reproduce the described behavior.
Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
Hi
Am attaching for you the webpages, web config and dll files we used in our project please check and reply as back, we are waiting for the issue to be solved asap.
Thank You!!!
Hello Shah,
Thank you very much for providing me the sample project.
I am still looking into your code. I will need some additional time to investigate further and find the root cause for your issue.
Please feel free to continue sending updates to this case at any time.
Thank you for you patience and cooperation on this matter.
I am still following your case and I was wondering did you manage to resolve your issue?
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are still in need of assistance.
Thank you for your patience.
I was unable to successfully open the attached website in VS 2012 in order to search for the root cause of this behavior. Opening the sample in VS2010 works, however examining the code it appears that due to the size of the files and amount of custom logic implemented, debugging this solution would not be possible.
Providing me with isolated, simplified version, which is ready-to-run where this issue is reproducible would be highly appreciated and would help me with addressing the issue correctly.
Thank you very much for your cooperation on this matter.
