Hi,
I have a splitter control with two panes.One pane has 25% width(size) and the second one has 75% width(size). On loading time it works fine with respective sizes, but once I collapse and expand the panes the right pane getting horizontal scroll. the size is not getting fit width browser size. I have tried by giving dynamic resize property but still I am facing this problem. Please find the attachment screenshot.

I've tried similar scenario to the one that you're describing, however I was unable to reproduce this horizontal scrollbar that appears on your side.
I'm attaching you the sample that I've used to experiment with. Please take a look at it and feel free to modify it in order to reproduce this behavior, then send it back to me.

I have tried by taking the webSplitter's width on load event of Web Splitter then applied that width once I expand/Collapse dynamically. It works me.
