You may have already suspected, but the color selectors in the NucliOS.app are fairly broken, too.
Just a heads-up to everyone running into this problem... I also had the black and white lines, downloaded the new files and still had black and white... I ended up having to remove the frameworks from my project and then copy the new files into the project. Once I did that, the color was back. Just make sure the frameworks you copy in are the correct ones...

I replaced both frameworks with latest frameworks from sample code. Still iOS 7.1 is showing black & white graphs.
Can you please help me if I am missing anything?

The Service Release for the black and white color issue was already released. You would need to login to your account to download the latest SR.
Please notify me as well once issue resolved as I have recently updated to iOS 7.1 & everything is black & white for chart :)
