Hello,
We are having the same exact issue as Mr. Meghani was in this post:
http://ko.infragistics.com/community/forums/t/106145.aspx
Our new developer has version 15.2.20152.2052 installed and the rest of us have 15.2.20152.2023 installed.
We would like to downgrade his to 15.2.20152.2023 so we are all the same. The link to the old version in the forum post I linked above does not work anymore.
Please provide a link we can use to download the .2023 install.
Thank you,
LynnCo.
Hello LynnCo,
Please follow this link to find the SR you need. You should be able to get him onto the same version as the rest of your developers by uninstalling his current update and then executing the MSP found at that link.
Please let me know if I can provide you any further assistance.
OwnCloud is asking for a Username and Password to access that file.
Do we need to create an account there or do you need to provide us with the authentication information?

LynnCo,
I updated the permissions to this link, please try it again and you should be able to open the file location.
Please note that this link will expire in 2 weeks, please let me know if you will need it after that time.
Our new developer is on a new machine that had a fresh install of Infragistics Ultimate 2015 Vol. 2 Complete Bundle on it. He just uninstalled it to install the file you provided, but since it is a SR file, it has nothing to upgrade.
What does he need to install first to get this SR to work? I don't see an option to download an earlier version on our downloads page and the install we do have downloaded is the 15.2.20152.2052 version that is newer than the 15.2.20152.2023 SR.
He only needed to uninstall the 2052 service release in order to be able to install the MSP from the link.
At this point, he will have to install the product again before installing the 2023 service release. When he install the 2015 Vol. 2 Complete Bundle, he will be prompted whether or not he wants the latest (2052) SR installed on top of the base product. Please ensure that he opts out of that SR when he installs. After that he should be able to install the MSP provided.
Please let me know if you are able to successfully install the version you need.
Currently 15.2.20152.2118 version is installed in my machine but I need 15.2.20152.2023, Could you please let me know how to do that
Thank you, John.
When he reinstalled the whole package the other day, he didn't see a way to not have the service release installed.

EDIT: We found the options.
