Windows 10 - Mouse scroll wheel does not work on UltraCombo (2015.1)

Starting with Windows 10 when the Windows 10 setting "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them" option is set to "On", the mouse scroll wheel has no effect on the UltraCombo dropdown in order to scroll through the values.

    Hello Tim,

    This was a bug found in this Infragistics volume and has since been fixed. Upgrading your project to the latest service release should resolve the issue.
