Is there a built in method to have appointments share multiple owners?
So that when the appointments show in the merged calendar view, the shared appointments are not duplicated.

No, WinSchedule does not support appointments with multiple owners. If you like you can visit http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/RequestFeature.aspx and submit a request for the feature.
What about WebSchedule? Can you share appointments between owners with WebSchedule?
