I install Infragistics 2007 Windows Form Vol1 .Net 2.0 with product key,
I use Visual studio 2008 to open solution. Windows OS : Windows 7 pro 64 bit
If I open XXX.vb[Design],it will show error below, How to fix it?

Infragistics 2007 Windows Form Vol.1 is neither maintained nor supported at this moment. Additionally, the version of the product was never tested on Windows 7 since the operating system did not exist before the version of the product ended its maintenance period. Infragistics 2007 Windows Form Vol.1 was not supported on the operating system.
Looking at the error message, you might be able to resolve the error by removing the infragistics content from licenses.licx file. You can refer the following forum post:https://ko.infragistics.com/community/forums/f/ultimate-ui-for-windows-forms/80446/infragistics-no-licence-information-found

I already can edit vb desgin without no license after installing NetAdvantage_20071_CLR2x_WinForms.exe (not use msi) by using admistrator.(but i am not sure,maybe i change other setting to make it work.)
I assume that you mean that you have resolved this by installing NetAdvantage_20071_CLR2x_WinForms.exe as administrator. The error that you got was because of missing registry settings and running the installer again as Admin likely wrote those settings to the registry and that is why the issue is resolved.
