Hi,
I seem to remember there is a utility/standalone, quite small application accessible from within windows start menu: there was a drop down with all of the built in styles, and as each one was selected, you could see a sample of controls. it was a very quick and easy way of browsing through all the styles and instantly seeing the look.
I thought it was the appstylist, but that's a much larger, editable application.
I'm not sure its the samples browser either.
Can anyone please let me know what this utility is?
Many thanks
Hello
I am not quite sure what you are referring to.
There is an integrated AppStylist runtime component that you can attach to your application without having to run AppStylist on its own. Also we have a legacy sample about application styling that might help.
Ah I see now that I was looking in the wrong place, and it is "Legacy" ( not under Programs 86/infragistics, but is in Public/documents" ). I also note that I can also click on Legacy Samples from within the main Forms Samples Browser. when I do this, I get a small app. I can then click on Application Styling and launch the Style Library Browser, which is what I wanted: a nice little tool that allows me to click on a selection of styles and instantly automatically update a sample form with a good selection of controls.
You are correct, thank you for your help.
Thanks Michael - I don't know what that link is - I have no "legacy" in any infragistics directory path.
