Upgrade Options Missing Volume Version

I installed the Platform and the Version Utility for version 2020.1.  However, when I go to upgrade my solutions, 2020.1 is not available as an option in the volume list.  CLR Version 4.5 is listed, but changing to it still does not show Windows Forms 2020.1

Could it be because during the install the following errors appeared?  Even though it said that the install was complete and it shows up as an app in Windows.
