I am having all sorts of issues moving from one system to a newer system for Infragistics. I have provided screen shots with the issue.

From the second screenshot, I can see that you have referenced assemblies from both version 19.1 and 18.2 in the same project. The controls that you are using exist in the .dlls from both versions, being the reason for the errors.
So, I would recommend upgrading the project to a single version only.
I have one more question that relates to above. Above I went to the single version 18.2. When I click on my tab control from Infragistics I no longer have the ability to go into another tab to edit single controls I placed inside that tab.
