I am attempting to use AppStylist to set the border color and style of an UltraTextEditor. The borders show up when the box is either disabled or currently selected, but no matter what settings I try, I can't get any border to show up on enabled UltraTextEditor boxes that are not currently selected.

My guess is that you have the ViewStyle on the control role set to Office2000 or some other style that doesn't show borders in those cases. Go to to the UltraTextEditor's control role (hover the mouse over the TextEditor on the Editors Canvas in AppStylist and press the letter "C") and take a look at the ViewStyle property.
Thank you -- changing the role to Standard allowed me to set the border style. I would have assumed that the border would be stylable in any control role set, but that is apparently not the case.
