Infragistics.Documents to UltraPrintPreviewDialog displays text as fuzzy gray or not sharp

v8.3 Win. The preview of the report displays text in fuzzy dark gray like text on disabled controls. When this report is saved as a PDF file the text appears normal in a PDF Viewer, that is, sharp and black. Is there a setting to enable sharp black text with the UltraPrintPreviewDialog? Any suggestions? I have sample code, but it is derived from the sample at forum discussion http://forums.infragistics.com/forums/p/1237/11676.aspx#11676 Thanks, Stan

Do you have the latest Hot Fix? I think this might be a known issue which was fixed.
If that does not help, you should Submit an incident to Infragistics Developer Support and, if possible, include a small sample project demosnsrating the issue.

How are hot fixes installed? After running the hot fix file, I see a folder with directories for each library or control, e.g., UltraWinPrintPreviewDialog. Am I supposed to open the control in VS 2008 to generate a replacement dll for the control in question, the UltraWinPrintPreviewDialog? Then copy the dll to the appropriate program file\infragistics subfolder. Help?
