I am getting unhandled exception while i use ctrl+shift+mouseclick.
I have attached sample project with this.
I ran your sample and it works fine for me - no Exception.

I am using Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinGrid.v8.2. Which version you used? I have attached screen shot for the exception.
