why the new sdk (NetAdvantage_WinForms_20092_Help.exe) does not included local samples?

The SDK is no longer a separate download for either NetAdvantage for .NET 2009 Volume 1 or NetAdvantage for .NET 2009 Volume 2. The samples installers (which include the NetAdvantage CAB Exttensibility Kit) are included as a separate installer in the product download bundle.
The file you've mentioned (NetAdvantage_WinForms_20092_Help.exe) contains the help documentation, and does not include samples.
I see the new samples with the updated SR, (2023) version but the new SR installation link is not there, How can I download netadvantage for windows 9.2 SR 2023?
