I'm using a popup right click menu off of tree nodes and it works fine on all of my machines except on my Netbook. I'm opening the popup menu using the ShowPopup(Cursor.Position). This opens the menu with the top left corner at the cursor.position which is perfect . For some reason, on my Netbook, it is opening the menu with the menu's bottom right corner instead of the top left at the cursor position which results in most of the menu being off of the screen to the left.
any ideas?

It's possible your netbook has right-aligned menus which would explain why they open in the other direction. That being said, they should never extend off screen. So this sounds like a bug. I have forwarded this post to the Developer Support Manager and a DS engineer will be contacting you about this issue.
Yes I can confirm that I had my control panel setting to Right handed. I switched it to left handed and it no longer goes off the screen, it correctly displays the top left of the menu to the right of the cursor. According to the windows documentation if the right handed mode would position the menu off the screen it is suppose to switch it to the left which isn't happening.
